Lucy Ayuk Kimbeng, P.E., PTOE, is a Professional Civil Engineer and a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer, with extensive experience in transportation engineering, transportation infrastructure construction, traffic operations engineering, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) operations and management. She is currently licensed in Louisiana, and has built a distinguished career with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD), where she has progressively held key engineering roles.
In her current role as an ITS Operations & Management Engineer, Lucy contributes to the planning, management, and operation of intelligent transportation infrastructure and transportation systems. Her professional experience includes transportation engineering, roadway construction, traffic engineering, toll operations, project management, ITS infrastructure development, and the implementation of technology-driven solutions to improve transportation efficiency and safety.
