    PREPARATION GUIDE

    Completed Online Application Form

    Mandatory

    Submitted through St. Michael's admissions portal or completed printed form.

    Must be signed and dated.

    Certified Copies of Academic Certificates

    Mandatory

    GCE Advanced Level slip/certificate, Baccalauréat, High School Diploma, or national equivalent.

    Attested by an authorized education commissioner or notary.

    Official Academic Transcripts (Last 3 Years)

    Mandatory

    Secondary school records covering Forms 4–5 & Lower/Upper Sixth or Seconde, Première, and Terminale.

    English translation required for non-English/French records.

    Certified Copy of Birth Certificate

    Mandatory

    Official civil status document showing full legal name, date, and place of birth.

    Original to be sighted during physical matriculation registration.

    Four (4) Recent Color Passport-Sized Photographs

    Mandatory

    Standard 4x4 cm photos taken within the last 3 months on plain white background.

    Write candidate's full legal name on the reverse of each print.

    National ID Card or Valid Passport Copy

    Mandatory

    Clear photocopy of bio-data page with photo, number, and expiry date visible.

    Must be valid through at least the first semester of study.

    Medical Certificate of Fitness

    Mandatory

    Issued by a recognized registered medical doctor / government hospital.

    Mandatory especially for Nursing and Engineering laboratory work.

    Personal Statement / Statement of Purpose (500 words)

    Recommended

    Explaining your career motivation, interest in the selected discipline, and why St. Michael's.

    Required for Law and Nursing candidates; highly encouraged for others.

    How to Submit Your Documents

    Documents can be uploaded in high-resolution PDF or JPG format through the online application portal. Please ensure all text, stamps, and signatures are crisp and legible. Files should not exceed 5MB per upload.

    Option 1: Digital upload via the online portal.
    Option 2: In-person delivery to Buea Campus Admissions Office.
    Option 3: Registered postal mail / courier to SMUI Buea.
