Biography
John Ako Enohnyaket is a Senior RF and Systems Engineer with more than 13 years of experience in wireless communications, RF and microwave systems, telecommunications, embedded technologies, and aerospace. He holds a Master's degree in Wireless Communications from Lund University, Sweden.
He currently works at Swedish Space Corporation (SSC Space), where he is involved in RF systems supporting space and launch operations. His work covers telemetry, tracking, Flight Termination Systems (FTS), GNSS, antenna and ground-station systems, RF communication links, system integration, verification, and performance analysis of mission-critical aerospace systems.
Prior to joining the space sector, Ako spent several years working with Ericsson in Sweden as a Senior RF Engineer, contributing to the development and integration of advanced cellular and radio systems, including LTE, 5G NR, Massive MIMO, beamforming, RF front ends, and antenna systems. Earlier in his career, he worked as an RF Engineer at Intel Corporation in Germany, where his work focused on cellular RF subsystem development, RF algorithms, power-amplifier characterization, modem and RF front-end integration, and technologies such as Digital Pre-Distortion (DPD), Envelope Tracking (ET), Crest Factor Reduction (CFR), and mmWave communications.
Ako is also the founder of Mega Technologies Sweden AB, a Swedish technology and engineering consulting company. Through his consulting activities, he has provided engineering services to technology and aerospace organizations, including Sigma Connectivity and Thales Aerospace, working across RF and wireless systems, embedded technologies, system integration, and aerospace communications.
His professional and technical interests include RF and microwave engineering, antenna systems, wireless communications, 5G and future wireless technologies, satellite and aerospace communications, telemetry and tracking, GNSS, embedded systems, signal processing, and RF systems engineering. He is particularly interested in the development and integration of complex RF systems and in bridging RF hardware, antennas, software, and system-level engineering.
Ako's career spans the semiconductor, telecommunications, consulting, and space industries, providing him with a broad technical perspective and a strong interest in applying advanced wireless and RF technologies to both terrestrial and aerospace communication systems.
