Biography
Dr. Aloysius Ngombe Mbako is a distinguished Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon, medical educator, and healthcare leader with extensive experience in Cameroon, the United Kingdom, and across Africa. A retired Colonel of the Cameroon Armed Forces, he has held senior clinical, academic, and leadership positions, including Specialist Consultant in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery in the UK.
Dr. Mbako is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and holds postgraduate degrees in Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery and Orthopaedic Engineering. He currently combines voluntary clinical practice and medical teaching with leadership and community development initiatives. He is a Representative and Consultant for World Orthopaedic Concern UK, a Board Member of the Cameroon Institute of Technology, and Co-Founder of Premier Medical Centres in Cameroon.
Passionate about strengthening healthcare and communities, Dr. Mbako supports medical education, rural ICT development, environmental conservation, and charitable medical initiatives across Cameroon and Africa.
